Local Business Awards Ceremony Recognises PiMS Workspace

PiMS Workspace is delighted to announce that it has been shortlisted for Business of the Year at The News Business Excellence Awards 2008. PiMS Workspace joins five other nominees in the category, which recognises the significant contribution made by businesses in Portsmouth and surrounding regions. The company was chosen for the shortlist for ‘punching above its weight’ and doubling its turnover and profit figures within a year, whilst demonstrating client successes such as Skandia UK.

The judging panel comprises representatives from The News and local business figures including a spokesperson from the category sponsor, the University of Portsmouth. The winning business will be selected for ‘demonstrating passion, growth, and commitment’ during 2008.

Winners in each of the eight categories will be announced at the awards ceremony, which will be hosted by BBC South’s Sally Taylor and takes place on the 22nd January at the Portsmouth Guildhall.
