PiMS Workspace Locator gains momentum

Workspace Locator is CAD Management’s solution for Space Allocation Management and Personnel / Asset Tracking. The PiMS Workspace Locator service is now hosting in excess of 6 million square feet of corporate building layout drawings and associated occupancy reports

Launched in 2008, the Workspace Locator service provides a secure hosted site for all building drawings and floor layouts and allows clients to get accurate, on demand occupancy information about their buildings and/or portfolio via any standard web connection. Its innovative location management technology provides huge productivity benefits for organisations with high volume, high churn, open plan space.

Clients enter their dedicated area of the site and are able to identify vacant space, space ownership, names to desks and asset location information allowing them to generate reports and associated drawings without the need for any specialist software.

PiMS Workspace update the information as it changes on behalf of each client, either as an individual service or as part of their space planning and move management service.
